Thank you to everyone who joined us for National Wreaths Across America Day on Saturday, December 13. It was a privilege to come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who sacrificed so much for our country.

As a team, we had the opportunity to lay wreaths, reflect on the impact of those who served, and ensure that no hero is forgotten during the holiday season. Your participation helped us pay tribute with gratitude, respect, and unity, and we appreciate everyone who took the time to represent our organization in such a thoughtful way.

Following our participation in National Wreaths Across America Day, the team gathered at the shop on December 13 for a special season-closing lunch, alongside our families.

We took a moment to pause the pace of the season and enjoy time together as one team; on and off the track. This gathering was especially meaningful as we celebrated the conclusion of our tenth season of competition in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series.

Surrounded by the people who support us at the shop, at the track, and at home, it was a fitting way to close out a milestone year for our program.

As we prepare for the 2026 season, we wanted to share a few reminders and some new information as it relates to hosting credentialed guests at the track this year.

NEW FOR 2026: Please send all credential requests to credentials@niecemotorsports.com. Be sure to include the race for which you are requesting the credentials in the subject line of your email. In the body of the email be sure you include the individual’s name (as it appears on their driver’s license or photo ID), along with either their cell phone number or email address.

A few things to be aware of:

• Please feel free to send your credentials as early as possible, but no later than one week prior to the race for which you are requesting passes

• Your guest should typically receive their link to register on the Monday or Tuesday of race week (sometimes earlier)

• We only have access to Truck Series credentials; these passes are series-specific and cannot be used for the O’Reilly or Cup garages

• Minors are not permitted in the garage or on pit road any time there is on-track activity

• If you have a guest that is bringing a minor, we recommend also purchasing grandstand tickets so they have a place to watch the race

• NASCAR will not issue credentials for minors at the following tracks: Bristol, Martinsville, North Wilkesboro, IRP, and San Diego

• Per NASCAR rules, guests with garage and pit passes are not allowed to re-enter the garage once the race has started (this includes once the race is over). Please be sure that guests remove all personal belongings from the hauler/garage area, prior to the start of the race

• Guests are not permitted to have alcohol in the garage or on pit road at any time

• Our marketing and hospitality team will let you know if guests can sit on the team pit box; these spaces are contractually guaranteed to our sponsors, so they have first access

• Please note that radios and headsets are reserved for sponsors only. If you have guests that would like to utilize a radio/headset during the race, we kindly ask that they arrange for a rental. Radio rentals can be secured through: https://racingelectronics.com/collections/rentals

• Please share the guest guide link with your guests so they know how to pick up credentials, parking information, etc. (https://www.niecemotorsports.com/guest-guide-home)

• We do our best to accommodate all employee credential requests, but please be aware that we have a credential allotment from NASCAR that we cannot exceed. The earlier you get us your information the better. Make note of highly attended races (like Daytona, Charlotte, Michigan, etc.) as well as races where NASCAR cuts our allotment of passes in half (Bristol, Martinsville, North Wilkesboro and IRP)

Our 401(k) Advisor, Ed Secrest the Founder of Southeast Financial Group will host a 401(k) informational session for employees on Tuesday, January 6 at 11:30 am. The session will be conducted via zoom in the conference room. Please email Amanda Efaw if you plan to attend. Pizza will be provided for session attendees.

We’re excited to welcome several new drivers to the Niece Motorsports lineup, with announced additions including Landen Lewis, Tyler Reif, Conner Jones, and Parker Eatmon. As we continue to finalize plans, we kindly ask that any driver news not yet announced publicly remain confidential until officially shared by the team.

Don’t forget to get submit your votes for team superlatives! You can submit them either by the Google Forms link sent by Paige OR you can fill out a paper copy (pick one up in Paige/Leighton’s office). Get your votes in by January 9! Certificates will be handed out in the shop during the season kick off luncheon on February 6.

Just a reminder that Drug Free Sport will conduct drug testing at the shop (for employees who travel to the track and hold a NASCAR license) on January 7. Testing will begin between 1:00 and 1:30 pm.
