Niece Motorsports will pay tribute to Greg Biffle’s humanitarian spirit by hosting a blood drive in honor of Biffle and those lost in the tragic plane crash. The blood drive, hosted by the American Red Cross, will take place at the Niece Motorsports shop in Salisbury, North Carolina, on Monday, March 2 from 9 am – 1 pm. Members of the public can sign up to donate at the blood drive here.

Ross Chastain rejoins Niece Motorsports in 2026 with an expanded eight-race schedule. Chastain’s increased NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) schedule is due to a NASCAR rule change allowing full time Cup Series competitors with three or more years of experience to participate in eight races instead of five.

Chastain, who enters his ninth year competing for the organization, remains a mainstay since joining in 2018. The Alva, Florida native has driven a Niece Motorsports truck to victory lane on five occasions - the most of any driver - and delivered the team's first win at Kansas Speedway in 2019.

Driving the No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado this year, Chastain will reunite with Phil Gould as his crew chief, who guided him to a runner-up points finish in 2019.

Travis Pastrana returns to Niece Motorsports for the season-opening NCTS race in the No. 42 BRUNT Workwear Chevrolet Silverado. The race marks Pastrana’s fifth start in with Niece Motorsports and his second at Daytona International Speedway.

Niece Motorsports and Acceptance Insurance recently announced that Andrés Pérez de Lara will return to the No. 44 Chevrolet Silverado for the full NCTS schedule in 2026, with Acceptance Insurance joining as his anchor partner. Pérez de Lara—one of NASCAR’s most promising young drivers—will carry Acceptance Insurance branding as a primary sponsor for select races throughout the upcoming season.

Veteran crew chief Wally Rogers will continue to lead the No. 44 team as Pérez de Lara enters his second NCTS season.

Pérez de Lara, 20, has quickly become one of the most promising young drivers in North American motorsports. Coming off his rookie NCTS season, the 2024 ARCA Menards Series champion continues to gain attention for his discipline, race craft, and rapid development.

Niece Motorsports proudly welcomes DAYTONA 500 and two-time NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series champion, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., to drive for its NCTS team.

Stenhouse Jr., an accomplished veteran, primarily competes in the NASCAR Cup Series driving the No. 47 Chevrolet for HYAK Motorsports. The Olive Branch, Mississippi, native has made nearly 600 starts in the top-three national series throughout his career, but has never raced a truck before.

That will change on Feb. 13 at Daytona International Speedway, where he plans to make his NCTS debut driving the No. 45 J.F. Electric Chevrolet Silverado RST led by Phil Gould. A week after he makes his NCTS debut, Stenhouse Jr. will pilot the No. 45 truck at Echo Park Speedway on Feb. 21, before handing over driving duties to Landen Lewis and Ross Chastain who will split the rest of the season.

For this month's Employee Spotlight, we are highlighting Thomas Aaron, who has been with Niece Motorsports since 2024.

Thomas serves as the Race Engineer on the No. 44 Acceptance Insurance team with Andrés Pérez de Lara. Before joining the team, Thomas was a Design Engineer for Peterbilt and contributed to the part designs for the Peterbilt 389 trucks that command the open road. 

Growing up in Grand Prairie, Texas, Thomas was always a NASCAR fan who regularly attended races at Texas Motor Speedway with his family. His first time working in the garage area came in 2019, when he worked as a Tire Technician for Champion Wheel & Tire.

In 2023, Thomas received his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of North Texas and moved out to North Carolina shortly after to pursue his career in racing, where he joined Niece Motorsports.

Outside of work, Thomas is an incredible artist who creates photorealistic art in his spare time. He's also a self-proclaimed, unapologetic 'Swiftie', and loves building gaming computer setups.
