HOMETOWN: HAMPTON, VA | DOB: FEBRUARY 17, 1997
Connor Hall is a highly accomplished short track veteran who brings grit and determination to Niece Motorsports.
Hall grew up in Hampton, Virginia, surrounded by racing influences. His father, Earle, was a professional Unlimited Hydroplane racer, while his mother, Denise, had close connections to the stock car scene in North Carolina.
When he was 10 years old, Hall was gifted a bike to race at his local Hampton BMX track. Before long, he decided racing on four wheels would be more enjoyable than racing on two wheels, and transitioned to go karts at Langley Speedway.
Between the years of 2007 to 2012, Hall won several go kart events throughout Virginia. From 2011-2012, he also competed in Arena Racing USA races before moving up the ranks into INEX U.S. Legends Cars.
Having quickly adapted to the Legends Car, Hall won races on a regular basis and traveled to tracks outside of his home state. In 2013, he won a number of events which qualified him for the Lake Erie Nationals – where he finished third overall out of nearly 300 cars.
In 2014, Hall began racing Late Model Stock Cars at Langley Speedway, where he would compete in weekly events. Hall continued this for three years until the track closed briefly, and later began traveling to other tracks in the region.
From 2017 to 2021, Hall dominated at his home track in Langley and began to make a name for himself in the local ranks. After connecting with Chad Bryant Racing, Hall dipped his toes in the ARCA Menards Series and made limited starts during the next few years.
Beginning in 2022, Hall raced full-time in the CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car Series. With three wins at Coastal Plains Motorsports Park, Dominion Raceway, and Hickory Motor Speedway, Hall quickly rose as a championship-caliber driver – finishing second in the points standings.
In 2023, though he originally planned on run for the CARS Tour title, Hall and his Chad Bryant Racing team made a late decision to chase the NASCAR Local Racing Series national points. That season, he claimed 18 race wins – the most out of anyone in the country – to secure the championship.
Following up his impressive performance, Hall went back-to-back in 2024 to claim a second NASCAR Local Racing Series championship in dominant fashion. Hall won 18 races in 26 starts that year and later made his NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) debut at Richmond Raceway, where he finished inside the top-10.
After being crowned a two-time national champion, Hall was signed by the JR Motorsports Late Model program in 2025 to run for the CARS Tour championship once again. Hall contested a fierce battle for the title, picking up two race wins along the way. Ultimately, he finished the year as a runner-up to his eventual Niece Motorsports teammate, Landen Lewis.
Over the offseason heading into 2026, Hall set his sights on a new challenge as he joins Niece Motorsports. Hall is set to compete in a part-time NCTS schedule for the team driving the No. 4 Chevrolet Silverado RST in select races. He leads the organization’s newly-formed Late Model team as a driver and crew chief for the grassroots racing program.
Outside of racing, Hall resides in Mooresville, North Carolina, and enjoys spending his free time on the water with his girlfriend, Lindsey.
