Our driver lineup is a dynamic blend of full-time competitors and special event racers, each bringing their own edge to the track. From seasoned veterans to rising stars, these athletes represent the spirit and versatility of Niece Motorsports.
Throughout the season, additional drivers like Ross Chastain, Matt Gould, Conner Jones, and others join the team to compete in select races, adding depth, excitement and experience to our roster.
HOMETOWN: MOORESVILLE, NC | DOB: JANUARY 8, 2006
Matt Gould joins the No. 41 team for select races, continuing his growth as a competitive young driver. With a strong racing pedigree and a sharp learning curve, he’s one to watch in the NCTS field.
HOMETOWN: FREDERICKSBURG, VA | DOB: FEBRUARY 22, 2006
Conner Jones is a short track racer at heart. With multiple wins in CARS Tour Late Model competition, Jones thrives on hard-nosed Saturday night racing action. Jones joins Niece Motorsports for a select schedule in 2025.

A NASCAR veteran with experience in all three national series, Josh Bilicki joins the team to compete in select road course racing events. Bilicki is quick to adapt to any style of race car, noted from his accomplished sports car background.

Parker Eatmon is a Late Model winner who will run select races in the No. 42 Chevrolet Silverado RST as he makes his NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series debut in 2026.

A young talent who cut his teeth racing on the short tracks of the west coast, Tyler Reif comes to the team after finishing second in ARCA Menards Series East points. He will make his NCTS debut at Phoenix Raceway.

Driving the No. 42 truck full-time, Matt Mills brings experience and determination to the team. His steady presence and race craft make him a key part of Niece Motorsports’ competitive core.
HOMETOWN: MEXICO CITY, MEXICO | DOB: APRIL 2, 2005
As a former ARCA Menards Series champion and NASCAR Drive for Diversity alum, Andrés Pérez de Lara brings Mexican flare to the Niece Motorsports stable as he competes for Rookie of the Year honors driving the team’s No. 44 Chevrolet.

A five-time Truck Series winner and full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver, Ross Chastain competes in select events with Niece Motorsports. His leadership and on-track intensity have been instrumental to the team’s success since 2018.
HOMETOWN: DRIFTWOOD, TX | DOB: OCTOBER 29, 1996
A veteran of all three NASCAR national series, Bayley Currey brings consistency and mechanical insight to the No. 45 team. After a full-time run in 2024, he returns in a part-time role to help drive performance and development.
