Round: 21 of 25 (Playoffs Round of 10)

Location: Loudon, New Hampshire
Date & Time: Saturday, September 20 | 12:00 PM ET

Start: 18th | Stage 1: 30th | Stage 2: 31st

Finish: 31st | Driver Points: 38th | Owner Points: 40th

- Key Takeaway: Conner Jones and the No. 41 team had their day ended with a crash in stage one. Jones was making up ground on the initial start of the race, and the team elected to gain some track position and pit at the end of the stage. Unfortunately, however, Jones was collected in an incident on the ensuing restart. The truck had too much damage to continue, and the team was credited with a 31st-place finish.

- Conner Jones' Post-Race Thoughts: Interviewer: Conner Jones unfortunately out of this one early at New Hampshire. Just take me through what happened.

I really don’t know. I was making my corner, getting off straight, and just got nailed in the left-rear. From there on, I just couldn’t really do anything to keep it out of the wall. I felt like we brought a pretty solid Precision Vehicle Logistics / DQS Solutions & Staffing Chevrolet Silverado.
— CONNER JONES

Interviewer: Is it frustrating to be out so early and get caught up in other people’s messes?

Yeah, it’s definitely not fun. It’s not what I want to do. My goal is not to come here and tear up some race cars, my goal is to come here and do the best I can in these races and get more experience and hopefully do good for these guys who work their butts off all week. I just hate to do it like this.
— CONNER JONES

Interviewer: You’ve had quite a few starts with Niece Motorsports now, is this something you’re working towards being with them for next year?

Yeah, I’m definitely hoping to be with them next year, just in a different fashion and not tearing up race cars.
