- Key Takeaway: Landen Lewis and the Circle B Motorsports Auctions / J.F. Electric team battled adversity in Kansas. Starting the highest out of his teammates in 13th, Lewis held serve in the beginning of the race and gained valuable experience. Contact with the wall in stage two hindered the speed on the No. 45 truck, but Lewis continued to learn in his first mile-and-a-half start. While contending just outside the top-10, Lewis lost control of his truck in turn two and made hard contact with the inside wall in the closing laps. With too much damage to continue, the team was done for the evening in 34th-place.

“I learned so much tonight and had a really fun time out there. I hate that I made a couple mistakes, especially the one that ended our race. I was trying to get the most out of it and just got put in a bad aero situation. It is just one of those things that I have to learn, and I know I’ll figure it out. We had a fast J.F. Electric Chevy tonight and I hate that I let my guys down. I’m really looking forward to going to Charlotte in a couple of weeks knowing what I know now, because we should have a good shot at putting together a good run.”
