- First Timers: Niece Motorsports will field three rookies set to make their track debuts at Kansas this weekend. Connor Hall, Parker Eatmon, and Landen Lewis will each make their first starts on a mile-and-a-half track on Saturday, having raced primarily on short tracks throughout their young careers.
- Welcome Race Fans: The organization will host its second annual Fan Day event on Thursday, October 8 leading into the fall Charlotte race weekend at its home base in Salisbury, NC. The event, which is free to attend, will be open to the public and will feature a driver autograph session, partner activation displays, merchandise/food sales, a special paint scheme reveal, shop tours, and a live show on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Landen Lewis will make his first-career start in any series at Kansas on Saturday.

- On the Truck: Lewis’ No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado RST will race with support from Circle B Motorsports Auctions and J.F. Electric.
- Recapping Bristol: Landen Lewis and the Utilitra team had a solid outing at Bristol Motor Speedway. The No. 45 Chevrolet rolled off the starting grid from 28th-place after qualifying was cancelled, but Lewis made quick work in the opening stage to climb to 18th. Lewis held his track position and gained a spot in stage two, but most importantly was able to remain on the lead lap. In the final stage, Lewis moved forward and was able to bring his truck home without a scratch, in 14th-place.
- Owner Points Outlook: Following Lewis’ 14th-place result in Bristol, the No. 45 team remains ninth overall in the owner point standings. The team is four points behind TRICON Garage’s No. 1 team in eighth, and one point ahead of McAnally-Hilgemann Racing’s No. 91 Chevrolet in 10th. With six races left in the season, the No. 45 team sits 67 points out of the championship lead.
- Honoring Cancer Heroes: The No. 45 truck will carry the name of one very special passenger on board this weekend as a part of the Honor a Cancer Hero program organized by The NASCAR Foundation and AdventHealth.
Riding along the driver’s side door will be Tammy Byerly, from Trinity, NC who fought, and beat, endometrial clear cell carcinoma. Byerly was nominated by her husband, Brad, who chose to have her ride on the No. 45 truck because they are both loyal Landen Lewis fans. The couple will attend the race with the team to cheer on their favorite driver.
- Quoting Lewis: Do you think your experience at Rockingham will help you get accustomed to the fast speeds at Kansas this weekend?
“I think it will help us, but every racetrack is so different. Going from Bristol, a place where I have quite a bit of laps around, to a place that I’ve never been before in Kansas, that has been part of the challenge all year long. As a racecar driver, you always look to go faster, and Kansas will be one of the fastest tracks I go to all year. Learning to adapt to that is obviously going to be the most important part to learn as soon as possible. I’m looking forward to it and think we can have a good weekend with our Circle B Motorsports Auctions / J.F. Electric Chevy.”
